Please note that express shipping does not reduce the processing time; it only shortens the delivery time to 5-7 days. Economy shipping typically takes 17-19 days for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price during transit until it reaches its destination. A signature is required upon delivery. Please be aware that Caratdiamonds cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions. Additionally, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
